My account was handed over to SSDA on behalf of MTN, i made an arrangement with SSDA to pay by a monthly debit order and to settle the reactivation balance, once paid i will continue with my contract.
i received an email today from SSDA that my account has been closed with them and returned back to MTN legal, after a number of attempts i can get a valid reason. i tried calling MTN and was shunted from one department to the next. all i want is an answer as to the status of the account, i dont know who to pay and no-one can tell my anything.
i would like to put my account back in good standing and continue to use MTN however with the current run around of bad service Vodacom might be a better solution...
