Same complaint as all the others before me..
I supposedly subscribed to some content... after receiving 2 BLANK sms's on 18 November 2013 and my cellphone has been charged ever since...
I was given a number: 0861106472 and for the past 2 days, there is only an option to unsubscribe; nobody to speak to... and yes, I have unsubscribed and also asked MTN to unsubscribe me... so, you don't have to reply that you are not able to find a subscription!! I want to see proof of the subscription, as well as my agreement to this subscription.
You should be ashamed of yourself for people's money on behalf of!
And shame on MTN for allowing this - surely there is an agreement between MTN & Mira Networks that can be investigated & Stopped IMMEDIATELY???
I am furious at the criminals allowed in our country!!
And WASP is on holiday until sometime in January... so, they will also not be able to assist soon!!
What do we do as MTN does not want to assist, I phoned their hotline and was told only Mira can answer my questions
