My cellular account has been billed for a service I did not subscribe to (have a data modem) without my consent. There are more than 25 similar cases in the last month on this website. If we all do not receive responses and explanations in the next few days I propose we jointly seek legal action against this company. Surely it is a crime to be billed without ones written consent... the only msg i received when i went through the modem mail was "Reminder you are subscribed to Cellspice 4 New videos..."

Vodacom game me this number (086 110 6472) to phone and all you get is a recorded loop saying do you want to unsubscribe, they dont even ask if its the right number and no operator. What the.

You people are just common criminals.

I'll probably wont get my money back and is prob. gonna get a lame excuse from you.
