I did not understand my billing on my upgrade. On Friday Jan 3 at lunch time I went to Cell C in the Rosebank Mall and met Mr Noel Tshuma. He spent over an hour with me to find the problem, contact Khulekani at Head Office and rectify it, as well as explaining what I did not understand. He has saved me a lot of money and time. He was also very pleasant and the whole store vibe and service I got was excellent. I wanted this to be conveyed to Cell C Head Office, as such customer service often goes unnoticed, and unrewarded as customers tend to complain and forget to compliment. Elizabeth Prentice.
