Hey, i got a bill on December 10th, i was incorrectly charged from Oct 1st for a service only installed on Nov 15th. I queried this and was told it would take 3 working days. I called on Dec 20th and was told it was escalated and being worked, I called again on Jan 3rd and today everything has been "offline" for the day so no one can help me. I want to pay this bill but i want the incorrect service amount removed. I cannot understand why no one bothers to ever return calls or why it takes Telkom close to a month to do nothing.
