I signed up for a new data contract at Cosmonet Cresta on the 29th of December, I received an email and an SMS that afternoon to say it had ben approved, I have been waiting since then for the service to be activated.
I have now been told that the service I signed for is a "mistake" and they will let me know what will happen! what a joke, not once have they phoned me I have had to keep phoning and going in to get feedback, not acceptable
