I received a call about a service they offered and signed up. I have not used the service but my bank account keeps being debited for no reason. I have called in to have this refunded but was informed that it would take up to 21 working days. I have had to go to my bank and have the debit order reversed. This has been an inconvenience to me. Every now and then a debit of R300 goes through on my account and at other times its different amounts.

I have emailed and called for this to stop to no avail. I am having to request my bank to reverse trhe accounts only to have them debited again.
