Still charging for BIS and don't have a Blackberry

I received a new phone in November, a Sony phone! When I received the bill I noted that I was still paying for BIS, even though I do not have a Blackberry! When I went to the Vodacom 4 U store in the waterfall mall, the lady told me it is my job to cancel it, not her job. What kind of service is that. Why do I still want to pay for something that I do not have or use? Then I canceled it. When I got my bill for this month. Guess what? The amount is still unchanged. I called 082111 beginning December and they told me I will get my refund and someone will call me. Now I called again, and the lady told me someone will call me. What kind of service is that? I have a reference number, but what does it matter if no one helps me and gives me my money back? This is steeling!!!
