since then, someone contacted me via email and asked me to do a few things which i followed through. once again, it was left right there, and im stuck with the same problem i had a few months ago. 8ta / telkom is a joke. i would not recommend them to anyone. im very close to taking my modem back to the store in tygervalley and demanding a refund on not just the modem, but the last 5 months money i spent on data.
