It is with utmost disgust that I'm turning to Hello Peter with regards to Altech Autopage AGAIN in one year. I On the 3d and the 4th of July 2013, I logged the first request to confirm when the current contract expires and a consultant returned my call confirming the date to be January 2014.On 10 Dec, 18 Dec & 20 Dec I logged the formal online request again to confirm contract cancellation and yet, again, no consultant responds. Why don't I phone, you ask? For two reasons: most of the time, speaking to call centre consultants, even though recorded, one don't have proof of the conversation which has caused hassles before and secondly, why have an option to contact autopage online if that service is actually just completely useless - which is another proof of how incompetent the Altech Autopage customer service is in general?!! So, this is a public request and 'cry for help' - if anyone has a contact number for a manager that I can speak to to cancel this useless contract with a company that clearly has no vision or idea how to run a business, please let me know!! I can see this matter turning into a situation where i'm going to be billed for months thereafter!!
