UNABLE TO ASSIST EXISTING CUSTOMERS

My company has been using the services of Afrihost for some time. I have had an emergency with our email system. There was not a single consultant who was able to assist me. I have left countless messages for managers, however nobody has phoned me back. My small business is suffering however Afrihost is only concerned with selling new products and ignores existing customers. It is very dissapointing
