Cell C couldn't repair my iPhone 4S and they offered to give me a refurbished one and I paid R2350 (phone collected 21 Nov 2013), a day after I collected the phone it froze, internet slow, couldn't connect to WI-fi and this prolong for a further period until I sent on 11 Dec 2013 for repairs again. 21 days which is Cell C turn around time has come and gone still I have no phone and to be honest I'm flabbergasted this. I urgently urge you to give me a new phone, in short in the past 3 months I've only have my phone for the period of 13 days. Yours truly frustrated customer who have been loyal to Cell C for the past 3 an half years.
