After giving in my Samsung Galaxy S4 for repairs 23 days ago I am still awaiting its return. This is my business phone and have been unable to conduct business in an efficient manner. Surely there can be a bigger sense of urgency? It seems once you are on a contract with Cell C and you pay your premiums there is no need to honer the client by repairing the faulty phone in a decent time period. The last time I heard from Cell C was on the 24th of September 2013 that's 16 days ago. Shame on you Cell C
