I recently went instore to enquire about my handset which i left for repairs in November, to my horror i was told all Blackberry 9900s are on "awaiting spares" status for the near future and this left me in a situation because this is a contract phone which means im going to be billed for a phone i dnt have. This is the 3rd month going. I was told i cant even cancel my contract without paying any penalties but they refuse to give me a complementary phone in the mean time. How fair is that??? So if this carries on for the remaining 10 months i will be without a handset yet i will be billed for having one???
