I have been a local customer of MTN since 2003. I have never migrated to another service provider, but have continued supporting them all these years.
In November 2013 I emigrated to Australia, but having more than a year left of my MTN Service Contract. Ever since the 12th of December I tried WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS to get a final settlement invoice so that I can pay them the full outstanding amount and get the contract cancelled. See the below queries - they simply ignore me! I have even threatened to cancel my debit order, but I'm being ignored.
I suppose the only way I am going to get their attention is to CANCEL MY DEBIT ORDER? Who knows???
