I am in the process of trying to cancel my 8TA contract, i emailed the advised address on 19 November 2013.
I have received no confirmation, no calls to ask why - nothing!
I have called the admin number on the cancellation form with no answer - EVER! The General help call centre cannot assist at all, and have advised there is no cancellation department.
Another debit order has come off since then, I want confirmation that will be the last. How does a business operate like this?
