Poor service and incompetence

On 27-03-2013 I signed a Wifi contract with 8ta store in Festival. The special promo provides monthly 10gig worth of data at R248.00. On the 4th of April i received a Wifi modern and internet was working well. I receivied a statement with high incorrect billing of R1749.28, I immediately called the telkom call centre and they advised me to go back to the store as the internet promo was registered wrongly on the system as business LET. I went back to the store and they confirmed that there was a mistake done, in attempt to rectify they issued me with a new sim card to replace the incorrectly captured. Since then i have called both the call centre and visited the store without any help. Telkom still debits large sum of money from my account, they have suspended my internet service, i m owing R2999.00, there are 10 cases logged but all not yet attended in 3Month. I do not have the service of what i signed for and all the time i phone i am sent from pillar to post and promised this will be attended as soon as possible, every month there are abnormal debits on my account. I really need your help to sort this out as it is costing me a lot of money and time. Cases logged: 6240392, etc
