I tried a couple of ISP's to test their DSL Connectivity. It was only with WebAfrica that I had an issue due to the way their product selection works. During the product selection there is a dropdown that says "Pre-payment option" that said "1 Month". This lead me to believe that this is a once off, surely one would say "Monthly" if it is re-occuring. I have now been billed for two months for which I have not used the product. I tried their support and requested that they refund me after explaining this confusing experience to them. They only came back with a lame excuse of "see our terms and cond." - so basically a slap in my face. Thanks to this I will be going to Afrihost, with whom I also have had some minor issues, but they always refund the customer if you are not happy - maybe Web Africa should learn from this - costing us customers money for their confusing products and processes.
