I have insured my cell phone (via MTN) with 24 hour mobility.

Never mind the fact that they only sent me my policy schedule recently, the cover they provide in terms of the policy is the worst I have seen.

This what part of the working says
"You are not covered for
i) The costs of replacing, reinstating or making good wear and tear, gradual
deterioration, scratching or other superficial damage to outer casings,
aerials or keypads."

The policy they have issued only covers the screen!!! Any damage occurring anywhere else is regarded as "superficial" and will be rejected by the claims department

The damage I am claiming for is the back of the iPhone 4 has cracked and needs to be replaced, has been repudiated

Worst cover ever, meaning unless the phone is damaged at the screen, non-repairable or a total loss... you are wasting your time insuring with them.
I guess that dropping the phone in a fire would be the only way to register a legitimate claim
