ADSL Line installation

We requested to move our existing ADSL line from Mokopane to Pretoria on the 2013-10-25 reference

* We on the request told Telkom we will be moving into the Pretoria house on the 22 November and they must install then. They pitched at the new house on 2013-10-28. Obviously way before the time.
* We again requested after the 22 November 2013. We also told them the contact cell number is wrong and requested them to change it to the new cell number as we now stay in a security complex and need to be phoned to open the gate.
*The did not pitch at all and on the 26 November I contacted them to install. The guy apparently pitched at the gate on the 27 November and phoned the old number. Then reported we were not at home.
* Beginning December no show. We contacted them again and they indicate they will install on the 19 December. We told them we will be in Durban. Now they pitched and we were not there (phoned new cell number).
* We told them we will be back on the 23 December. They did not pitch.
* An appointment was made for the 6 January. We confirmed the new cell contact number. We also added an extra number.
* They pitced and phoned old cell number.
* New ref: 88161906
