On my previous complaint Blanche contacted me and i also advised her of the fact that i was overchargged by abiut R300 on my currebt data contract bill. she advsied me that she will investigatye and provide me with feedback as she can see there has been a problem! A moth ago i emailed Blanche and no reply. Cell c is slow to reply but quick to keep debiting your account eventhough they have overcharged you!!
i am sick and tired of you! i wnat an answer today!!
