I have been using Marvellous maids for the past few years over the December period when my maid is on leave. This year they gave me very bad service. I reported to matter to them a week ago and have not even received an email response. I sent them the following email that details the bad service:
"Then on 30 December I phoned Marvellous Maids to ask if someone could come on 31 December. The lady who answered later phoned me back and said she have arranged someone and they will let me know later who is coming. I phoned just after 2pm again because I have not heard who is coming but the phone just went to voicemail even though the hours is suppose to be until 3pm. Nevertheless I assumed someone would come because she said she arranged it. No one arrived on the 31st. I phoned the number but no one answered. I phoned the cellphone number in the voicemail a number of times and left a few messages. I was cut off a couple of times. No one phoned back, until today I have not heard anything from Marvellous Maids about the 31st. I knew it would be challenging getting someone on such short notice and if she told me on Monday she could not get someone I could have made other arrangements."
