I recently (Dec 2012) took out a contract with my wife for her bday at CellC and couldnt help but notice every month since that her bill was high in respect of the contract we took out for her. After quiry with CellC it was found that "content services" of R170 pm has been billed to my this number for the past two years, a service which we certainly did not ask for. I am not sure where they got the number from or who authorises them to deduct money from my cell account. It is both concern for me from a cell phone provider point of view that they will just allow companies as such to start billing there clients aswell as citizen point of view that we can be robbed by such companies without us even knowing it. I really doubt that I am going to get a refund on the money that they been billing me but could you please atleast try and sort this out.
