INTERROGATED BY VODACOM WITH EXTRA CHARGES

I WOULD SAY AROUND 2011, I took up a contract with Vodacom. Just a two months later, I went through a financial TERROR .My sister moved in with her fiance, i had to continue paying like R 3900 by myself for rent and food alone. I contacted Vodacom and made arrangements that if I could please cancell my contract as I was then facing a financial crisis, and they REFUSED, saying that because i signed up I would have to continue. My Bill was then R1450 .Dont ever ask me how it accumulated to a STAGGERING AMOUNT OF R5000, (and thats what its standing at currently. At the beggining of this year I went under debt review, and realised the the debt review company was unfortunately not paying the creditors. I just recently cancelled and Vodacom has now handed it over to Munnick Bason Dagama Attorneys, the one attorney there says that he cannot provide me with a breakdown of how it has got to this amount. I will only pay for what Ive used and nothing more. If Vodacom feels that they want to intimidate me by means of threatening attorneys, its not going to work. I am not willing to pay for added on charges. VODACOM Has got to come up with a reasonable reason or I will report them to ICASA
