This contract is a business contract, I been without my business phone for more than 8 days due non or improper communication
My debit details was given over to 8ta many times and they have failed to load it,
I have made arrangements with the company banker to honour all debit order due to late payment from our client side, Because 8ta never updated this I could not do a simple sim swop even though the account was not even suspended .
Having my business line off has caused me not be in contact with my client ( whom most of them are in other provinces ) and made it difficult for me not only to chase up payments but keep communication with my clients
I moved to 8ta Business, but it seems as its focused on their business rather than the consumers

I made payment yesterday, went into the Canal walk store, a nice guy Christo helped me and escalated the matter . when I called in to the call centre now, the agent Kurt Klasse tells me he cant help me I must drive to the branch to sort it out
