NO CARE ATTITUDE

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service that I have received from MTN Pinelands. I have been will another cellular provider for many years and have never experienced any problems. I decided to take out another contract with MTN and the service was appalling. Definately not treating the customer fairly. I visited the Pinelands branch to take out a contract for an iphone 5c white. The following day I received a call to say that the phone had arrived. When I got there, the person that I dealt with was not in and his assistant had advised that it had not arrived. I asked that the person that I dealt with call me the next day which he did not bother to do. I tried calling but they did not answer their phone. I then went in again to be told that the phone was in fact in but it was not the colour that I ordered. It went on for another two weeks without anyone giving me updates on progress in sourcing a white iphone. I then went in again and was told that they were still waiting but I would need to redo the appllication at another branch as they were changing to a Franchise. I then proceeded to apply online. Hopefully I will get a response soon.
