No feedback after my first complaint

My previous complaint still not answered.

There's no integrity in you billing facility
My bill is currently sitting on R1200 I need an explanation how this is possible.
Please don't tel me it's automatic updates, cause iPad and iPhone updates run via wifi if bigger then 100mb
Please don't tell me waspa services cause I have not subscribed to any waspa services.

Kindly provide me with an itemized bill stating which websites i have logged on to, I know these details are available.
I need feedback why bill is rising cause most of the time my data services a switched off.

If I don't get feedback in time, I will surely cancel my debit order
This matter will be further escalated to your CEO, social websites, ICASA, CPA.
It seems like there is no integrity within your billing system.
