Autopage

I am currently using an Iphone 4s. I went into an autopage store on 1st november 2012 and requested a 500mb data bundle. The request was sent from benmore branch on this date as confirmed by benmore. autopage head office only activated it in May 2013. i have received 3 bills in excess of R1500 per month and have had data coming off the phone throughout the night when my phone is set up for no automatic updates and even it was doing this it is connected do a wifi uncapped solution at home. the call centre have been absolutely useless, unhelpful, transfer your call until you get cut off or just put the phone down on you. the request pertaining to my issue went through to the accounts department via technical but no credit will be issued - this simply amounts to as there is no viable explanation as to where the data is going and my data bundle was loaded 6 months late. i have no choice now but to consult my attorney re the consumer protection act as i am tired of companies like autopage money from the public - it is a symptom of this country. my reference number is: A1304223662; my reference number from benmore is: P121101192 . you need to resolve my issue fast or else.
