Pathetic Response - didn't bother to read my query

I took out a Data Bundle contract from the Clearwater Store and was helped by a Barry there. He no longer works there but at Melrose. I was told to use the Vodacom App to track what data I had received and what data was left. I installed the app and it does not work it shows me no data bundle active for that number. I tried to register for My. Account on Autopage but I cannot as it can only send my password to me via sms to the number I am registering with - Ipads cannot recieve sms! Autopage telephonically they said they would send me my pass word via email - never happened. Went back to Barry and he said that he would contact Vodcom/Autopage Head office to change a setting and everything would be okay by that Monday. That was now 4 weeks ago - still not fixed. I logged an online query stating that I could not use either option - their reponse was to use the two options or put my sim into a phione to get my password. It is a nano sim and I don't have an Iphone 5! My call the the customer care centre said I must buy and install a third party app from the istore to track the data used and remaining. How will this know what I data Icurrently have as I have no idea! (C) 0824190603
