BAD SERVICE

I sent my phone in for repairs 2 months ago. Nobody kept in contact with me to give me any updates. I was the one that did the calling. I even went twice into the branch and still no luck. Every time I get told that the phone has been sent away and somebody will call me the next day. Not once did they honour there word. For 2 months nobody could get hold of me as I don't have another phone that uses a micro sim. I use my phone for business purposes and it's been a huge inconvenience to be without my phone. I feel as if i should take my business elsewhere as this service is very unreliable. Vodacom has such great adverts but when it comes to putting it into practise, they cant live up to it. There service really and I feel that they need to compensate me for this.
