I took out a contract (data bundles) on 26 February 2013 and was told on the day that there is coverage in my area. This was not the case and was reported to 8ta. They in turn promised to install a hot spot which to date has not happened. After numerous phone calls and e-mails the only thing I received was a copy of their coverage saying "please see attached map of our coverage". They have been deducting the amounts due to them by debit order but have to date not made any attempt to resolve my problem. When asked for a direct contact number for their Head Office they made it clear that complaints can only be raised via their customer care line and they surprisingly don't have the Head Office telephone number. The service thus far has been a disgrace.
