BB cell sent in 4 times for repairs in 2 months!

When people phone me I cannot hear them when I answer my cellphone. I have taken my phone no back in for repairs for the 4th time in about 2 months. I am incurring huge phone bills as I cannot make use of BBM as I am using a friends HTC ChaCha in the interim every time. I complained to the Manager on Duty in the store the last time I handed my phone in to be advise he would call me on Mon 25/11 on Tue 26/11 I rang to follow up with Faseeg to be told he was off on Tue and would ring me on Wed. Today is Sat and I rang the store to follow up on my phone and complaint to be told that they are TOO BUSY to deal with my phone call by Lance and that the manager on duty is Navier. I have logged this complaint with 082111 as well twice. I use my phone for business and private and it is a HUGE inconvenience and is costing me a fortune everytime I ring clients back from my cellphone for their queries. Please can someone assist and resolve this once and for all - thank you!!
