They call us the VIP clients, a few months ago i switched to an Unlimited Vodacom Vip Red contract. Since I did that, network reception has gone down the drain. I live in JHB, travel all over JHB and no matter where I go, out of 5 calls, AT least 4 calls get cut down, the network goes out the window at any given time. I deal with a lot of clients, and this is completely unacceptable, so I decided to switch back to a standard contract, and then I get told the cost of this action will be R 2900?? No where have I signed where it clearly states that this will be the cost if I had to choose to switch back. If the Network was up to scratch, no problem, but I actually drive around these days with an extra phone and a MTN prepaid Sim, which gives no problems at ALL. I want this contract switched back or terminated, I advise all to think twice before choosing Vodacom
