Missing data bundles

My second complaint in 2 days. I have purchased 2 data bundles for my 2 tablets, 1gig and 2 gig respectively, using my banking app. It has cleared at the bank and I have recieved confirmation sms' from both the bank and vodacom confirming that the purchase was made. Yet here we are... the bundles don't reflect on either tablet. So I would love to know where either my money or my data bundles are. You guys really don't seem to want my business any longer. So considering it is Sunday, what are the chances of feedback today? When you guys want your money you want it the same day. Same goes for us, the people that pay for your services and salaries. I have given the bundles adequate time to reflect so don't even start with that when a rep phones. Here's hoping to hear something before new year!
