Is now the third week in a row that we have mail problems with @lantic. and there support team is useless. TOday the mailserver went down early this morning, and was on the phone for more that an hour already with different support people that simply doenst have a clue on what is going on. My manager is furios!!! how do we go about canceling our contract!!! worst service ever! how long can it take to sort out a SMTP server? we can receive fine, but cannot send at all. its the 7th day today that mail is down in 21 days!! totaly unaseptable!
