I have a Xperia Arc cellphone which was purchased in 2012 on a contract with MTN. The phone has major software issues and has a problem with the housing of the phone cracking. The phones housing has cracked for the second time now and MTN does not want to replace the phone. Your poor quality product has made me waste R6000 and has me stuck in a contract till 2014. I will never buy a Sony product again!
