I have a contract with CellC for nearly 4years an never have they charged me interest on skipping payment one month. But now they did just that. I spoke to a call centre agent an she said they had sent out emails to all their customers sayin that they had start billing customers a xtra R70 on debits orders that are skipped but I only received a email after I spoke to the agent. But my concern is how can they just go around charging me xtra on my contract whereas my bank already does that. An by da way CellC is a pathetic network always no signal and call failures. Can't wait for my existing contract to finish. And I woulndt reccommend anyone to use CellC. Useless Network
