Loaded R 35 airtime on 24 12 2013, by EFT, bank confirmed amount transferred to this "provider" (of bad service???)
at 10h07:43. I confirm that the banking account is in credit.
The R35 airtime was never credited to my Cell C nr.
I phoned these jokers on Friday 27 12 2013, a most unhelpful woman pretending to be of "help" took the easy way out to get rid of me by ORDERING me in unfriendly, unbusinesslike abrupt fashion in tone of voice that annoys me THAT I MUST GO TO MY PROVIDER!!! and enquire from them... I HAD to ask who my provider is... the response was MY BANK!!! of casue...! Cell C pretended to be my service provider when I obtained a sim card..
This is NOT the first time Cell C just went into mode of denial, .trying to waist my time and get rid of me.
I asked to talk to unhelpful's supervisor. A man came on the line, all of a sudden the signal was so BAD I could not hear this second "helper".
The line went dead..did he phone me back, of casue NOT Is he going to NO... its Cel C and SA!!
I see the appropriation of my R 35 as, wish to obtain the MD"s particulars so I can go and lay a charge at the police, because of this (custom)..not first time, worker had same proble
