Not recharging cell phone

I am a client of Absa (acc no - 629847650) and early in the week of 22-2-2013 I recharged my cell phone via cell phone banking with R100. I did not receive the airtime. The next day I phoned Absa and reported it, and they promised it will be done a.s.a.p. Nothing happened. The amount of R100 was out of my account but no airtime. On the 22-2-2013 I phoned Absa again and complained, and got a future ref no 2248140. Still nothing happened. I phoned several times after that, and received a sms from Absa Page on 28-2-2013 promising that the recharge will be done within 48 hrs. After numerous calls to Absa and more than R150 spend on new airtime, I still did not receive any airtime. I am sick and tired of calling Absa, holding the line and listening to the little voice saying "your call is inportant to us etc". I don't know what else to do. Could you please help me?
