I sent my phone in for repairs as it kept losing network, when I sent in the phone it came back several days later with a report saying that the damage was caused by water. I found this shocking as I had never exposed it to water as I know that phones are very fragile when exposed to any form of water I was very causious.
After that the phone was working well but still losing network and after 3 months it just continued searching for network and the network did not come.
As I have been reading on the Internet I have noticed that the bold 9900 has many problems, and for mtn to tell me the water instead of communicating to us that these phones have a problematic nature and offer us something else, they just keep quiet and let us continue to pay for something that isn't even working which is very unfair because I have been paying for this phone till this day which is nonsense!!!
