Shocking Service

I have been an MTN client since 1994. This loyalty is clearly not recognised nor rewarded by MTN against the unprecedented shocking service I have experienced over the last 6 weeks.
My IPhone 5 was on 17th November in Bloemfontein. I phoned the MTN Call Centre and was told that I should request it should be blocked. On my return to Johannesburg, I went to the Douglasdale Police Station and submitted my affidavit so as to attain the required case number. On Monday 21st November 2013 I went to the Fourways Mall MTN Shop. I submitted the required forms and insurance claim forms. I pay R104 per month to Guardrisk insure the phone. On the submitted forms, it states that I will be contacted by someone within 24 hours. Today it is the 27-12-2013 and I am still waiting to be contacted! I have phoned through to the MTN Call Centre: what a user-unfriendly experience. I had to repeat my story and verify my personal details 4 times. On the fifth time I was assured the Legal Department would contact me. I am again still waiting. On 17th December I went back to the Fourways Mall MTN Shop. Her offer was to phone the Guardrisk Call Centre. After 47 minutes waiting for someone to answer me.
