I had the worst experience with a cell c rep who could not assist me with my a query which has been pending since the 28/11/2013, When he could not assist I requested him to call his superior which he responded by saying there is no one available on shift today on a supervisory level, which I find very hard to believe.

So I put this to anyone who is on a supervisory level at CellC, on the 27/12/2013 your organisation was running without leadership, if not please feedback as to why did this gentlemen say so???

Now as Iam typing this I have been on hold waiting for a manager for the past 30 minutes (15:20 till 15:30 and this is not a free call mind you and after all that the call is cut wow great servise guys great.
