Dear Autopage
Once again you have shown why most people I speak with cringe at the very mention that I use your company as my service provider.
I have a data bundle that I never exceed as my phone is set to cut-off at a certain amount of data usage... this has never happened. Last month I was billed R30 per megabyte over and above my normal data plan. I have phoned your incompetent service desk and spoke to probably everyone in the building as I was put through from one person to the next. I was told I will receive feedback via sms... nothing. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. I have been using you as my service provider for about 13 years and every 2 years I promise myself I need to port away from this incompetent company as i have had so many bad experiences that I have lost count. Now I am left to pay double my cellphone bill otherwise you cut off my service, pretty nice service you deliver... not.
I would like to see if you even make an effort in getting back to me.
