After being with this service provider for just over 13 years now & never ever had a issue with them at all! And having an average bill of roughly R1500pm i get two consecutive months bills August/September of R4700/R3575 Respectively for out of bundle data usage!
Now the only data i utilize is whats app & emails, NO FACEBOOK, NO TWITTER after querying this with Autopage i get told ive used over 4.6gigs! Never in a million years, im office based and have constant internet access so no need to use phone for internet or data usage during office hours at all!
I review itemised billing and it says im on the net @ 2 and 3 am in the morning, married with 3 kids & one of which is two years old definitely not up at that time of the morning either!!
They credited me R700 for data which means they obviously made a mistake, my question is, How did you come up with R700 AND IF YOU CREDITED THAT AMOUNT WHAT ELSE HAVE YOU MADE A MISTAKE WITH, WHY R700???
Then i get told it will take 6 weeks to sort out!!! ABSOLUTE AND SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
Switched to my vodacom direct contract and do nothing different and get a R1452 bill, same usage!!!
