So once again I have to argue with customer service over them for taking my airtime UNFAIRLY, had the same issue last month and for a week I had to fight. When it was there error taking my air time for downloading when I have data! Now I have to wait days for my air time while they do investigations for what it happend before, I JUST WANT WHAT YOU TOOK FROM ME UNFAIRLY!!! Worst network ever a manager can't or won't even refund your air time.
