R190 was taking from my account. When I called customer services they were not helpful at all. Cell C is honestly the worst network i've been on and I plan on making my bad experiences with cell c known to as many people as I can until I get my money back for the airtime from me. Cell c also has very bad service but that is not priority at the moment, all I want is decent customer service from cell c for once where they actually resolve the problem. I am very dissapointed especially since ive been with cell c for so long despite their other flops. Im not standing for it anymore
