Unable to apply for new contract on holiday???

On Sunday 22 Dec 2013 I accompanied my sister to apply for a New contract at Cell C wonderpark of which we were told which documents to bring for us to be assisted, but a Guy by the name of Justice checked if the system would approve us and gave us a thump up, system approved, GREAT STUFF! we were told that we can come on THURSDAY to finalise the deal with the correct documents knowing that its a holiday they promised us that we would come out of cell c wonderpark on THURSDAY smiling.
Today, THURSDAY, we were greeted by news that we wont be assisted as they needed to confirm employment and that can only be done during weekdays as the employer of my sister is not working on holidays. our frustration is why did they give us today Thursday 26 Dec as an option for finalising the deal knowing that its a holiday and most employers are on holiday, we would have saved petrol and precious time. Now we have to go there AGAIN to finalise a contract deal.

TO CELL C, "HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO APPLY FOR A NEW CONTRACT", WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED

My sister was thinking of migrating to cell c but as things stands we are very doubtful of the service at CELL C...
