I upgraded my contact the beginning of the month and as yet I have not received my new phone. I was told it will take 2 weeks and now almost 4 weeks and promises no delivery. On your system you state my phone has been delivered but in fact it is with your Midrand branch on the 18th of December. No one called to say what is going on and by the way I work in Sandton. Someone does there does not know Sandton is not Midrand. Keep you phone and you poor service I will go somewhere else.
Please cancel my contract and I can go to another supplier.
After 3 months you still have not consolidated my data card and current phone contract. Nice try...
lets cancel this upgrade and we part and I can take my business somewhere else.
