Logged a complaint a year ago of bad signal strength. I eventually gave up and got e a new handset. When home, hardly any data coverage and calls are dropped constantly. Logged another complaint and got a reference no. Nothing happened after that. Logged another complaint and got a reference no. Eventually a service technician made an appointment to c me at my home 23 December at 6h30 pm, He phoned me the same day to cancel an made another appointment for 24 December at 3 pm. At 3h30 he still never came and then decided to phone him (Nathan) He said he could make it but sent me an sms which i never received. I told him i demand service and will take further steps. He phoned back. and said he will be at
my home within an hour.( 4h30) At 5 pm he phoned to say he running late and will be 5h30 by me. At 6 pm he came to my place. i asked him to show me sms he sent. He said he sent it via work PC, strange cause he has 2 smart phones on him ..He eventually used those 2 Cell C smart phones to check signal strength and data., he himself could log into his fb. He admitted bad data in the area. I smelt alcohol on his breath and confronted him and he had nothing to say. BAD SERVICE!!!
