Last time my complaint was about MTN making an upgrade offer that they never honoured. They responded irrelevantly, but never came back with a resolution.
Now, after all these years, without them providing new services, I all of a sudden have a PROMO SERVICE FEE of more than a R100 added to my account. W.T.F. MTN?
Must I say bye-bye? All 4 of my contracts?
What MTN projects is "Go away, we do not care, but we will take as much of your money as can. You WILL pay for what you do not get, and then we WILL charge you some extras."
